$21 Bobal Red Wine (Spain)
Bobal, rooted in Spain’s Utiel-Requena region, is a grape that’s stepping into the spotlight with its bold color, structure, and character. Expect deep ruby-purple hues, layered aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, vanilla, herbs and a touch of violet.
On the palate it’s full-bodied with firm tannins and lively acidity, offering juicy black fruit, warm spice and often a hint of oak or earth. Rustic yet refined, this wine is great with grilled meats, rich stews, and any dish that calls for something bold and expressive.
